Kids' Pizza Party

Pizza is the safest bet at any kids' party. Here's how to make it easy on the host.

How much to order

• Plan two slices per child and three per adult.
• Order mostly Cheese and Pepperoni. Specialties are for the grown-ups.
• Get one extra pie. Parents always show up hungry.

Pizza party games

• Topping vote: let the kids rank the pies with stickers on the boxes.
• Decorate the box: hand out markers and let them draw on empty pizza boxes.
• Pizza trivia: Where was pizza invented? (Naples, Italy.) What's a pizza maker called? (A pizzaiolo.)

Timing

Serve pizza first, cake second, games in between. Order ahead so the pies arrive right when the party gets loud.
